Standard USPS Service
Standard shipping orders are sent via USPS priority and one item orders are shipped First Class mail with tracking info.
Live Tracking is possible within 24 -48 hours after you receive your tracking information. If you receive tracking on a Sunday your package won’t track until Monday night.
Most orders shipped via Standard Service processed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days.
Most Standard orders are delivered within 3-7 business days from the order's ship date.
Please contact us if your order takes any longer than our estimated time.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Please report lost packages so we can help you track them.
If your order has been shipped to the incorrect address, we cannot retrieve it once it's in the hands of the USPS.
If your order has been returned to us due to providing an incorrect address, customer is responsible for repurchasing shipping to resend the order to the corrected address.
We are not responsible for items being delivered to the wrong address provided by buyer.
International Shipping:
International shipping charges are 20 $flat rate for regular standard USPS Postal Mail.

RETURNS + LOST PACKAGES
We do not offer a money-back return policy for the products that were opened and/or used or have been shipped.
Non US customer orders are shipping via USPS International Package Service. Delivery typically takes 7-14 days but it can be longer.
We are often unable to track packages for non US customers out of the county.
International customers are responsible for any import taxes and duties.
We are are not responsible for any delays that may occur in customs.

Lost packages must be reported within 14 days to be reshipped by us.
This happens rarely.
